Due to minor flooding in the cafeteria at the high school, there will be no breakfast at Gordon-Rushville High School this morning. All other buildings will have breakfast as usual.

Dear Families, This week, Gordon Rushville Middle School will be taking the NSCAS test. This is the state of Nebraska’s standardized test. Students will be tested over math and language arts content, with 8th grade taking an additional test over science. GRMS students will take the Math assessment on Tuesday, May 9th, and the Language Arts assessment on Wednesday, May 10th. 8th Grade students will complete the Science portion on Thursday, May 11th. Our teachers and staff are excited to work together to make your student’s testing experience a positive and successful one. Here are some suggestions that families can do to help! 1. Ensure your student arrives at school on time. 2. Have your student eat a healthy breakfast at home, or encourage them to eat the breakfast provided at school! 3. Make sure your student gets a good night's sleep. 4. Gently encourage your students to do their best! We can’t wait to see all the growth our students made this year!
