Due to the icy road conditions, Gordon-Rushville Public Schools will have a 2-hour late start today Monday, December 16th. The Gordon-Rushville High School Quiz Bowl team competed in their first meet in Mitchell on Wednesday, December 11. It was one of the best whole team performances in recent memory. The Artichokes placed third -missing the first place trophy by only 6 questions! The Brussel Sprouts tied for fourth – ten questions out of first place. Alice Tullis, Jackson Roffers and Aiden Heiser earned places on the eight-person All-Tournament team. Most importantly, every Quiz Bowl team member who participated, earned points for the team in a very strong outing.
The Christmas door decorating at the high school has commenced.
GRPS is accepting sealed bids for a 2019 Carry-On Trailer. Sealed bids will be accepted through 4:00 PM on January 7, 2025. Please include a name, phone number, and bid price in the sealed envelope. Trailer is 6'x12'x6'. Bids can be turned into the district office or mailed to:
